TY LEHMANN
Director
Ty has worked in the Community Services Sector since 2001. Having worked in management roles for Organisations including the YWCA, Australian Federal Police, Australian Institute of Sport and the Department of Health and Human Services has provided a well-rounded knowledge of the sector. Ty understands the challenges of providing services to the most disadvantaged and traumatised young people in Victoria and what is required of the staff that are placed to care for them.
ROD PAYNE
Director
Rod owned and operated a successful business in the construction industry for 15 years before pursuing a more meaningful career in the community sector helping the states most at risk young people. Rod has extensive experience managing numerous high risk residential care units. Rod has taken his skills and tireless work ethic throughout Victoria to fix some of the state’s most challenging high risk residential care facilities
